Saved destinations

The Favorites feature stores destination identifiers in your browser’s local storage. Your saved selection is not sent to a server. Remove destinations using the heart controls or clear your browser’s site data.

Trip requests

The trip planning form collects your name, email, phone number, pick-up address, travel date, vehicle preference and trip details. Your return address, luggage, child seats, visit reservations, guiding preference and special requirements are included when provided. If you have not booked your Paris accommodation, its address can be confirmed later. These details are sent to Riddr CRM to manage and respond to your request.

The three form steps are prepared in your browser. Sending the final step creates one complete trip request in Riddr. A request identifier prevents repeat submissions during the same server session. If receipt cannot be confirmed, keep the form page open and use “Check receipt”. This checks the existing submission result without sending another request. A confirmed result displays your reference.

Receipt checks are available for up to 24 hours while the same server process remains running. A server restart or an unavailable CRM response can leave receipt unconfirmed. An unconfirmed result does not establish that your request was rejected or saved. Do not submit a new form while its receipt is uncertain.

Where your enquiry started

To understand which guide helped you prepare a request, this browser tab stores the first recognized public page you visited, the external referring website’s domain when available, and the page and placement of your latest quote link. The information is kept in session storage for the browser tab’s session and sent with your enquiry.

Only recognized public page paths and a referring domain are retained. URL query parameters and fragments, search terms, advertising identifiers, marketing campaign parameters, contact details and free-text trip notes are excluded from this session record. The referring domain may be unavailable and does not prove that a visit was organic. If your browser blocks storage, the form remains usable with reduced attribution.

Optional usage measurement

If usage measurement is configured, the website offers a choice before loading Umami from umami.nextis-ai.com. Allowing measurement helps assess visits to public pages, quote-link clicks, form progress and completed enquiries. A completed-enquiry event is sent only after the CRM confirms the complete request.

Measurement excludes your name, email, phone number, hotel address, trip notes, CRM reference, URL query parameters and fragments. Only public page paths, a referring website’s domain when available, and limited information such as the selected destination or form type are sent. No advertising or campaign identifiers are collected.

The allow or decline choice is saved in local storage. Use “Measurement preferences” to change it. Declining prevents further measurement requests. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings also prevent measurement. If the service is unavailable or your browser cannot save the preference, trip requests still work.

Address suggestions

When you type at least three characters in a pick-up or return address field, the entered text is sent through our server to the official IGN Géoplateforme service to suggest Paris addresses. This search does not send your name, email, phone number or trip details to IGN and does not create a CRM record. You can enter an address or hotel name manually.

Payments

This website does not take payments or confirm bookings. The trip planning team contacts you about availability, the quote and the next steps.

Site delivery

Your browser sends technical information, including your IP address, to the server hosting this website. The hosting provider may keep access logs to deliver and protect the service. If you allow usage measurement, your browser also contacts the Umami service, which processes the technical information needed to deliver that request.
